Negative thinking impacts mental health and an individual's and society's overall well-being. To reverse the circle, the client needs to replace toxic thoughts with positive and constructive thoughts. Zahra has invented a new method in which, with the combination of recital and playing the oriental Daf drum instrument, she helps clients recover their positive memories.
